Mickey Waffles Anyone?

Breakfast 1st day

This past June my husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at no other place than Walt Disney World! Walt Disney world turned out to be amazing. There’s so much to do that a week there is not enough. There’s 4 theme parks to visit and many resorts to check out. They also have a great area like Downtown Disney, but it’s like 3 times bigger. We stayed at the Port Orleans: French Quarter. It’s seriously a beautiful resort. It’s not one of the expensive resorts but it’s not the most expensive. And to make it even better they have MICKEY WAFFLES! What’s a Disney breakfast without a picture of Mickey on it?

Fountain

The entrance to the resort takes you to another place. There’s a fountain in the middle of the entrance, the walls are made of glass. It just feels so refreshing when you walk in. They have a great gift shop, a bar and a great grab and go cafe with plenty of seating.

BoatHotelRiver

This resort is really cool because it sits next to a river. You can take the boat to their Disney Springs area, which is full of shops and restaurants. The view down the river is so beautiful, you get to see wildlife and other resorts along the way. It really shows you a side of Disney that you wont get if you take the buses Disney provides to Disney Springs. Stay tunes for our Disney Springs blog. You don’t want to miss it!
